One tip from us: your doona is vacuum-compressed for shipping, so it arrives flat. Give it 24 to 48 hours to loft up — shake it out, lay it flat or hang it — and it comes up to its full thickness. It looks like a completely different doona once it has.
We'd rather fix it than argue about it
Sometimes things go wrong. A colour reads differently on screen. A size doesn't suit the bed. A parcel takes a detour.
When that happens, email us and we'll sort it out — and there'll be no return shipping cost to you.
Returned doonas are never resold as new. Every order we send out is brand new and sealed.
